Delivery and Receipt

Order : Call us in case of important or urgent order, we can also use our home delivery service or Cargo Domicile. For orders in the city of Geneva, we can agree on a delivery time until 8:00 pm. For professional customers, the delivery time is also to be agreed. 

Packages are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process and are hand-delivered upon signature. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package to be shipped. For parcels weighing up to 30 kg, priority is given to shipments by the specialized VinoLog service of the Swiss Post.

When the wines are in our stock in Switzerland, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the time we check the customer's data. Otherwise, the delivery time is at least 21 days. Customers wishing to pick up their order must contact the number +41 22 700 99 33, at least 12 hours in advance of the pickup.

Receipt: Deliveries must be checked by the customer upon reception to ensure they are complete and undamaged. In the case of defective bottles, we grant a right of return of the wines, with conditions tailored to each case, and to be analyzed. Any damage must be reported within 8 days.
