Description
Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Crushing by foot, maceration / fermentation in a mill for 9 days. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Grape varieties: Tinta Amarela,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca,Touriga Fêmea,Malvasia Preta.
Tasting notes: Ruby red color. Very attractive aroma, cherry and plum integrated with light vanilla from the barrels. Soft and elegant, structured, with sweet tannins wrapped in excellent ripe fruit.
Storage and serving advice: Decant 30 minutes before consumption. Serve at 16-18°C.
Food Pairing: Perfect to accompany appetizers, white and red meats, cheeses.
