Description
Color: Bright citrine.
Aroma: Very elegant, combining intensity and complexity. Floral (rose petals, yellow flowers) and tropical (pineapple, mango) aromas are dispersed, followed by citrus aromas (lime and grapefruit).
Slight mineral notes give delicacy to the whole.
Taste: Dry. Creamy attack with a fine and balanced acidity that gives the wine an excellent freshness.
Good perfume in the mouth.
Persistent finish.
Very gastronomic profile.
Ideal serving temperature: Should be consumed at a temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC.
Aging potential: By the end of 2035
Grapes: Unusual combination of the Alsatian grapes Riesling and Gewürztraminer with the transmontana Malvasia Fina.
